Pipe Plugs Packers

Vapo pipe stoppers U, PU and PU–F are effective for quick and reliable sealing or bypassing storm sewers, sanitary sewers, drainage systems, pipelines, and culverts. They are mainly used for repair and maintenance work, hazmat containment and for leak testing with water or air. They are typically used in municipal water systems, construction, civil engineering projects, agriculture and industrial factories.

Vapo pipe plugs are made of reinforced rubber.
Wide temperature operating range:
(-22°F to 180°F) -30 °C to +80 °C

The basic series consists of 28 standard types in sizes to fit all common pipe diameters. All pipe stoppers are pressure-tested at 130% operating pressure.

Application Example - Pipe Section Air Test

76681J, Inflation Controller, aluminum body, single pipe-fitting controller with solid brass parts, glycerin-filled, stainless-steel gauge with polycarbonate bezel. Adjustable over-pressure relief valve. Industrial, brass air input, universal output coupler. This controller works well for industrial applications where environmental conditions such as extreme temperature gradients, corrosive liquids, acids and rough handling requires more robust equipment.

532307-20-J, 20', 532307-40-J, 40', Lift Rope/Hose, hollow braid polypropylene rope with integrated hybrid polymer lift hose and solid brass couplers. JaegerTech proprietary lift hose has all weather flexibility (-40 Degree to 150 Degree F Ambient), abrasion resistant outer cover with coiled composite strain relief terminations, - Hybrid polymer coils easily and lays flat with zero memory, 300 PSI maximum working pressure. Locking carabiner has 12 kilonewtons (2,697 lbs.) lifting capacity. Polypropylene rope is resistant to rot, mildew, petroleum products and most chemicals which makes it perfect for all underground/underwater applications. Polypropylene is a strong, lightweight, floating rope. Compared to polyester ropes, polypropylene is cost effective and can hold its shape under heavy loads.

Application: Use lift hose with controller for all pipe plugs as shown below.

INFLATION HOSE: - 3/8”ID All-weather inflation hoses. - *Black hose is approved for use in mines (MSHA approved). - Choice of Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, or Red.
